To ensure smooth meeting arrangements (transport, meals etc.), early registration is highly encouraged!
The meeting takes place at the new LPR Headquarters at:

On Monday 16th, you are all invited to a tour of the brand new LPR HEMS base and Headquarters at 10:00. Please tick the appropriate box in the registration form if you wish to join us on this tour.
The meeting starts with lunch at 12:00 and continues with presentations after that.
After the end of Monday’s meeting, LPR has provided a group transport into the city center, close to the restaurant of the evening as well as the hotels proposed below.
The meeting concludes with lunch at 12:00 on Tuesday, the 17th. However, coffee will be served until 14:00, thus, you are all welcome to stay a bit longer to continue your discussions and networking.
